We possess comprehensive expertise and capacities to turn the results of our prototype development into high-quality production tools. We provide integrated expertise for production of highly complex production tools. Experienced toolmakers create tools from casting bodies, steel and standard parts. Their machine tools perform grinding, rotating, drilling, CNC milling (including HSC) and eroding tasks. Using testing presses, we put the quality of our production tools to the test. Our Quality Team matches manufactured sheet metal parts with customers' data until the tools meet the highest requirements for function and dimensional stability.
After the tools have been approved, we make sure they are successfully integrated into client presses.
Our employees' expertise in the adjustment, try-out and die-spotting is our warranty for exceptionally prepared solutions.
